Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of AI Meeting Intelligence ("the Service"), provided by DevNewAge Consulting. By installing the app or using the Service, you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, your organization.

1. The Service

The Service records and transcribes meetings you connect it to, proposes structured updates to your HubSpot CRM based on that content, and writes those updates only after a human reviewer approves them. It does not write to your CRM automatically.

2. Your responsibilities

• You're responsible for complying with recording-consent laws in your jurisdiction and your meeting participants' jurisdictions before enabling capture on a meeting.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of information your reviewers approve for writing to your CRM — the Service proposes, your reviewer decides.
• You won't use the Service to record meetings you don't have the right to record, or in a way that violates HubSpot's own terms of service.

3. Your data

You own the meeting recordings, transcripts, and CRM data processed through your workspace. We process it only to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We don't currently guarantee a specific uptime commitment or service level.

5. Fees

Pricing and billing terms, where applicable, are presented separately at sign-up. Workspaces not yet on a paid plan may be offered free or trial usage at our discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevNewAge Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including decisions made based on content the Service extracts or proposes. The Service assists human review — it does not replace your own judgment about what's accurate.

7. Termination

You can disconnect your CRM and stop using the Service at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate access for use that violates these terms.

8. Governing law

9. Changes to these terms

We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change. For material changes, we'll notify workspace admins directly.
